Chris Schramm is the Owner and Founder of The WaterWays, bringing over 32 years of experience in the marine industry to everything the company does. His deep-rooted passion for the water and decades of hands-on expertise have been the driving force behind building The WaterWays from the ground up — and continuing to grow it into the brand it is today.

Collin is the VP of Operations at The WaterWays, where he oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly and moving forward. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Kettering University, he brings a detail-oriented, systems-driven approach to everything from logistics to company growth, making sure the team has what it needs to innovate and execute.

Hunter is a former three-sport athlete who continued his baseball career at Adrian College, where he also earned his Master’s degree in athletic training. As the Director of Marketing for The WaterWays, he leads social media strategy and builds relationships with customers and dealers. He brings a creative mindset, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the WaterWays company.

Cody Schramm graduated from Adrian College, where he earned his degree before beginning his career as an athletic trainer. At The WaterWays, he is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing products while supporting day-to-day operations across the organization. His adaptability, reliability, and willingness to assist wherever needed make him an integral part of The WaterWays team.
